Role Description

This is a Contract remote role for an Outpatient Therapist with eventual access to an office at the Delaware Beaches. The therapist will be responsible for providing tele-therapy sessions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Additionally, the therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide appropriate referrals when necessary. Work hours will be determined by the therapist ongoing working towards a full caseload, autonomy is encouraged in this role. Peer supervision will be offered biweekly.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning
• Experience in individual, couples or family therapy
• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with tele-therapy platforms is a plus however not required
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• License to practice independently in the state of Delaware (LPCMH, LMFT, LCSW, PSYD)
