Role Description

This is a hybrid Contract role for an Outpatient Therapist with access to an office in Milford Delaware. The therapist will be responsible for providing both tele-therapy and in person sessions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Work hours will be determined by the therapist ongoing with the goal of working towards a full caseload. Autonomy is encouraged in this role. Peer supervision will be offered monthly. Associate licensure counselors are welcome to apply.

Open to part time and full time.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning
• Experience in individual, couples or family therapy
• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with tele-therapy platforms is a plus however not required
• Master's degree, PSYD or PHD in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• License to practice independently in the state of Delaware (LPCMH, LMFT, LCSW, PSYD)
