I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University and have experience working in a variety of clinical settings. My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in authenticity, compassion, and genuine connection.
I specialize in supporting women and teens navigating anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we work together toward healing and meaningful change.
I bring a relaxed, lighthearted, and encouraging energy to each session. Whether we are laughing, crying, celebrating progress, or sitting through life’s more difficult moments, my hope is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and support. I believe therapy is not only a place for healing, but also an opportunity for self-discovery, growth, and gaining a fresh perspective on life’s challenges.
In our work together, I aim to offer practical tools that improve daily life while helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in who you are becoming. I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is finding someone you genuinely connect with, and I strive to create a space where you can openly explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace.
For clients who are interested, I also offer a Christian-based perspective, thoughtfully integrating faith into the therapeutic process in a way that feels respectful, personalized, and aligned with your values.
I am currently accepting new clients for both telehealth and in-person therapy in Delaware.
