As a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental health, my goal is to walk alongside my clients on their journey to find healing, empowerment and joy! I hope to inspire clients to boldly run towards their goals and focus on the dimensions of wellness.

I obtained my Masters degree from Wilmington University in Mental health counseling and have worked in a variety of settings before opening up my own Private Practice. I am passionate about working with women in navigate life transitions, learning to manage anxiety and coping with infertility, postpartum disorders and the inner critic.

I have extensive experience working with clients pursuing sobriety and can provide faith based services for those seeking a Christian perspective to their treatment. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
